Shipping is free for orders totaling €250 or more. For orders with a value below €250 we are charging a shipping flat rate of €18 for shipments outside of Germany and €5 inside Germany.
The general delivery time for orders from the European Union is typically 3 - 5 business days. Orders from outside the EU will have a delivery time of 5 - 7 days. If an item is not in stock, we will deliver the order within 2 - 3 weeks. We deliver custom-made items from the Divine collection within 4-5 weeks. We ship all orders as quickly as possible. For items on backorder you have the choise to just pay a 25% deposit when placing the order.
Please understand that sometimes the transit times of the carrier may vary due to factors beyond our control.
We accept payment by credit card, PayPal and many other payment methods. Please note that the payment options are country-specific and will only be displayed in full once you have specified your country for shipping at check-out.
Once we have packed your order, you will receive an automated email with the tracking number.

We ship with DHL, and depending on the recipient country, the delivery may be handled by a DHL partner.

We keep all "standard" products in stock for immediate despatch. If a standard product is not in stock, we will inform you immediately and let you know the new delivery time.
If your selection is marked with an (*) it is a customised product with a delivery time of approx. 4 - 5 weeks. If your selection is marked with (**) it is a special order with a delivery time of approx. 2 - 3 weeks.
If you have selected a country outside the European Union as the country of dispatch, our prices will be displayed without VAT.
For customers outside the European Union, local import duties apply upon import into the country of shipment. These are to be paid directly to the carrier. You will receive a message with the payment request. Be sure to include your phone number and email address when ordering. Then the notification will be sent electronically. After payment has been made, the order will be delivered to you.

We ship all products from the Divine Collection in a hygiene package. If this hygiene package is damaged, we regret that, due to legal regulations, we cannot accept the item for return. If you wish to make a return, please contact us.
